Quick answers

Fenbendazole dosage and protocol facts

Short answer: there is no FDA-approved fenbendazole dosage for humans. The figures below describe publicly discussed community schedules, not a medical recommendation.

Joe Tippens protocol
Commonly described as 222 mg on three consecutive days followed by four rest days. It is anecdotal and not an approved cancer treatment.
222 mg vs 444 mg
444 mg is twice the 222 mg amount. Neither amount is an approved human dose, and a larger amount does not establish greater effectiveness.
Makis protocol
A community-described fenbendazole and ivermectin combination with protocol tiers and rest days. It is not a clinically established standard of care.
What this calculator does
It converts selected educational inputs into a transparent weekly schedule and dated calendar; it does not assess suitability, interactions, safety or treatment outcomes.

Joe Tippens Protocol

A multi-component regimen built around fenbendazole. It is not fenbendazole alone — the original protocol pairs it with three daily adjuncts believed to work together. Pick your cancer type and dose below; the full recipe is shown as a checklist.

Fenbendazole daily dose222 mg
222 mg / day

SafeCautionExcess
✅ Within the established standard range (≤ 222 mg).

Yellow · caution223–444 mg/day — used by some; monitor liver enzymes
Red · excess> 444 mg/day — above common protocols

Fenbendazole222 mg
3 days on / 4 days off. Take with a fatty meal (eggs, olive oil, avocado) — it is fat-soluble.
Curcumin (bioavailable)600 mg
Daily. Use a liposomal or piperine-enhanced form for absorption.
CBD oil (full-spectrum)25 mg
Daily. Original protocol used a specific full-spectrum tincture.
Vitamin E (tocotrienols)400–800 IU
Daily. Tocotrienol form is preferred over plain tocopherol.
These four items form the classic protocol. They are adjuncts to — never a replacement for — oncologist-directed care.

Recommendation for this cancer type

Lung cancer is the most-reported anecdotal case (Joe Tippens’ own story was small-cell lung cancer). The standard 222 mg protocol with curcumin, CBD oil and vitamin E is the common starting point. Adjunct to — never a replacement for — oncologist-directed care.

Weekly dosing schedule

Week starts Sunday (US). Green = take dose, red = rest day. Adjuncts are taken every day.

Possible side effects

  • Liver enzyme elevation (ALT/AST) — most common; rare cases of acute liver injury (jaundice, dark urine, severe fatigue) — stop immediately and seek care.
  • GI upset — nausea, stomach pain or diarrhea (~5% of users).
  • Fatigue; at high/prolonged doses possible bone-marrow suppression.
  • May add liver strain with chemotherapy or other liver-cleared drugs.
  • Get baseline liver labs (ALT/AST) and recheck every 4–6 weeks; pause if enzymes exceed ~2× the upper limit of normal.
  • Discuss with your oncologist before combining with any conventional treatment.
Disclaimer. Fenbendazole is a veterinary antiparasitic and is not approved for human use. Human cancer evidence is limited to lab studies and anecdotal reports. Joe Tippens’ own remission occurred while he was also receiving conventional immunotherapy. Never replace oncologist-directed treatment.
