These Terms of Use govern the purchase and redemption of digital gift cards from 2TheLife. By buying or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these terms.
Digital delivery
Gift cards are delivered electronically by email to the address you provide at checkout. No physical card is shipped. Please double-check the recipient's email address — we are not responsible for cards sent to an incorrect address you supplied.
Gift card value & expiry
- Gift cards are issued in the amount purchased, plus any applicable bonus value.
- Gift cards never expire and retain their full balance until used.
- Balances may be redeemed toward purchases in our store and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Code security & responsibility
- Each code is unique and is shown in full only once, at the time of issue.
- Codes are stored only in encrypted form and cannot be retrieved again in plain text.
- Treat your code like cash. We are not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen, or shared.
Redemption
To redeem, apply your gift card balance at checkout. Balances can be combined with card payment for orders that exceed the available balance.
What the balance can be redeemed for
Gift card balances are store credit that can be applied toward wellness and health products in the 2TheLife online store. Balances are not a general-purpose payment method, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Refunds & chargebacks
Digital gift cards are generally non-refundable once the code has been issued and delivered, because the value is available for immediate use. Please review our Refund & Chargeback Policy for full details, and contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost every issue directly and far faster than a bank dispute.
Acceptable use & fraud prevention
- You must be the authorized holder of the payment card used at checkout.
- Purchasing gift cards for resale, money transfer, or any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
- We screen orders for fraud and may verify, delay, hold, or cancel any order that appears high-risk, and may request identity verification before delivery.
