Larger cards earn bonus value on top of the amount you pay: +5% on $100, +8% on $250, and +10% on $500. For example, a $500 card gives you $550 in total balance. Cards under $100 do not include a bonus.

Exceptions may apply to duplicate or accidental charges, an undelivered card with an unused balance, an unauthorized transaction after investigation, or a fully unused balance in hardship or error cases at our discretion.
